WindowsServer2016 役割と機能の追加または削除ウィザードで落ちる

ActiveDirectoryの稼動しているWindows Server 2016にてサーバーマネージャーから役割と機能の追加または削除ウィザードを実行、対象のサーバで2台見つかりサーバーを選択すると動作が停止して落ちるようになってしまった。
